Sarah-Jane has 28 years’ experience in tax, qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1989, Chartered Tax Advisor in 1992 and Trust and Estates Practitioner in 2013.
Sarah-Jane has worked in both practice (big 4, top 50 and self-employed), as tax manager in a multi-national industrial group and has lectured tax, accountancy, business and management.
She currently provides tax advisory services across all taxes including property transactions, planning for IHT matters such as implementing trusts, advising on estate matters, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, share and business sales, personal tax matters and SDLT.
Peter White is the sole director and principal of Gopsall Services Limited and Gopsall Audit Services Limited. Amy Hook, Jenny Simpson, Sarah-Jane Statham and Lindsey Chinn are not directors of Gopsall Services Limited or Gopsall Audit Services Limited and are not subject to the obligations and responsibilities of directors within Part 10 of the Companies Act 2006.
