Peter is a Chartered Accountant and prior to establishing Gopsall Services Limited was a director of a large independent local practice. He has a first class honours degree in Maths and Physics from Warwick University and 18 years’ experience in advising clients.
Whilst Peter acts for a wide range of clients in various industries he specialises in agriculture, development land and property transactions, corporate finance and tax planning (in conjunction with our CTA qualified tax directors). Peter has a particular specialism in land pooling and has been asked to lecture on this on behalf of professional bodies.
Current and recent pieces of bespoke advice include the MBO of a furniture manufacture (c. £19m consideration), advising on the promotion and sale of development land (c. £50m consideration) and resolution of family dispute to secure the future of a £12m turnover business.
Peter White is the sole director and principal of Gopsall Services Limited and Gopsall Audit Services Limited. Amy Hook, Jenny Simpson, Sarah-Jane Statham and Lindsey Chinn are not directors of Gopsall Services Limited or Gopsall Audit Services Limited and are not subject to the obligations and responsibilities of directors within Part 10 of the Companies Act 2006.
